Should somebody think that such a specialist shop with poison animals is simply to be opened so, that may feel reprimanded while reading this article:-)
If we start with the juridical side:
It must be put applications still and nöcher at all only conceivable offices.
To call ordinal velvet, Vetarinäramt, building control office... only around some.
At every office there are the various editions which must be fulfilled of course.
As the second point the insurance-juridical side would be to be mentioned:
We had to balance our legal protection assurance with the business and increase therefore.
Our private liability insurance has virtually resolved because we had to conclude a company liability insurance which, on account of the height of the premiums, the private liability with encloses.
As the third assurance we had to take out a company contents policy which was adapted of the height of the inventory.
As the third point own safety measures are to be mentioned:
We could be installed a burglar alarm. She exists of 4 movement dispatch riders, window and door contact counters, Galsbruchsensoren, 2 cameras, smoke dispatch riders and of course of the tax unity with sirens and
12-fold emergency call forwarding in the alarm case!!!
Summa sumarum comes as the fourth point... the costs:
To point I: Every office would want a little piece of the cake abhaben;-)
To point II: The insurance premiums have quadrupled themselves!!!
To point III: By the protection by the burglar alarm we speak of a nearly 4 figure amount!!!
Now point IV: The costs for inventory, the order of accessories articles, frost feed, etc., etc..... amount to a high 4-figure amount!
Besides, the costs still get on for advanced training measures on top.
The working hours not included.........
Now one should say once more: "Just fast a business opens".
We have the time used..., however, now everything is prepared very well and we wait for October.
